 All Staff & Contracted Services of PGAC are trained in CPR/First Aid, AED Adult & Infant. An AED is on site. All instructors hold current certifications in their field or professional degrees in their specialty. | | |

More new equipment has just arrived - we have the most "Hammer Strength" in the North come check out the new ISO Lateral Wide Chest Plated and the new Isolated Shoulder Press Plated that we've added to our full Hammer room. In addition we have expanded with more cardio equipment in Precor ellipticals, Life Fitness cross trainers and if you're in tip top shape try out the new "Summit" trainer (only for the fittest) and the only one in the area! |
